2026 NOVA Awards - A Golden Hour

The Details

• All NOVA reservations and registrations must be completed by the purchaser through the online registration system. Verbal or email reservations cannot be accepted.
• Payment is due within 30 days of the original invoice date or by November 30, 2026, whichever comes first.
• Seating for all purchases that include event tickets will be assigned in the order in which registrations are received. Sponsorships that include tickets will receive seating priority. Corporate tables and individual ticket purchases are not considered sponsorships.
• If your company places multiple orders at different times, you may request to have all attendees seated together. We will do our best to accommodate these requests based on availability and the date of your most recent reservation.
• Information about the hotel room block will be announced soon. Check back for updates!

ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED BY November 6, 2026. Refunds will not be issued after this date. 

By participating in any event, I agree and acknowledge that I am undertaking participation in Apartment Association of Central Oklahoma (AACO events and activities as my own free and intentional act and am fully aware that possible physical injury or illness might occur to me as a result of my participation in these events. I give this acknowledgment freely and knowingly, and I am, as a result, able to participate in AACO events, and I do hereby assume responsibility for my own well-being. I agree to hold AACO harmless in the event that I incur any physical or mental injury, including illness, that might be attributed to my participation in the event.
